UniLaSalle Amiens and VINCI Energies have just taken a decisive step forward in their collaboration by signing an ambitious five-year partnership agreement. Their goal: to train engineers capable of meeting the major challenges of the energy, industrial, and digital transitions.

At a time when companies are urgently seeking expertise to accelerate decarbonization, modernize industry, and develop the infrastructure of the future, this strategic alliance between a leading industrial player and a prestigious engineering school makes perfect sense.

At VINCI Energies, we firmly believe that the major challenges of the energy and industrial transition require us to build strong bridges between business and education. Together with UniLaSalle Amiens, we are strengthening a strategic partnership that enables us to attract, train, and support the talent that will build the solutions of tomorrow.

A transformative partnership promoting innovation, employment, and skills

The agreement signed is based on three key areas that will enable both UniLaSalle students and Vinci Energies employees to benefit from a shared synergy between education, research, and industry.

1. Fostering innovative projects

Teams from UniLaSalle Amiens and VINCI Energies will collaborate on high-impact topics: decarbonization of industry, smart grids and renewable energy, energy optimization, and digital technologies applied to infrastructure.

These partnerships will offer students the opportunity to participate in concrete and innovative projects, while providing the company with direct access to the scientific and technical expertise developed on campus.

2. Enhancing the appeal and employability of talent

Career fairs, site visits, student projects, participation in job fairs… This partnership aims to create more opportunities for students to interact with VINCI Energies experts. The company, which is already heavily involved through its internship and work-study programs, will further expand its presence on campus

3. Developing skills throughout one’s career

Beyond initial training, UniLaSalle Amiens will support the professional development of VINCI Energies employees through continuing education programs aligned with the rapid evolution of industrial and energy technologies.

A strong signal in favor of closer ties between higher education and industry

By strengthening this cooperation, VINCI Energies reaffirms its commitment to hiring young engineers and promoting careers in industry, a sector undergoing rapid change.

The two partners also aim to extend this initiative to the entire UniLaSalle group, particularly in the areas of geosciences, the environment, and the energy transition.

This partnership serves as a catalyst to inspire career choices, highlight the value of engineering professions, and support the profound transformations taking place across regions.

This partnership with VINCI Energies strengthens our ability to offer our students training that is directly grounded in real-world industry practices. It embodies the “learning by doing” approach, which is at the heart of UniLaSalle’s mission, and reinforces our commitment to preparing engineers who are ready for the workforce and capable of meeting the demands of a rapidly evolving sector.
